Grade 4-Language Arts The Terra Nova Complete Battery assesses students in fourth grade (Level 14). The Terra Nova Plus assesses students in fourth grade (Level 14). The Tennessee English Language Arts Curriculum Framework identifies the learning expectations for Grades 3-5. The TCAP Writing Assessment is given to students in Grade 4. |
