We will begin this month with our gingerbread unit. This is a fun time for kids as they create a classroom gingerbread village. We will focus on the story of “The Gingerbread Man.” We will also be reading The Polar Express in class to compare it to the movie, which we will watch during our “Polar Express PJ Party.” We will also be making crafts for the holiday season and making ornaments for our classroom tree. We will end the unit with our annual Christmas party. |
