First-Fifth Grade

 

1st grade : Shapes are in this semester. Geometric and freeformed will be learned. They will do a stamp art project, play shape games and watch a powerpoint about shapes.

2nd grade : Lines are in this Fall! Line patterns are now Linear patterns and shapes are contours. The project will be a crayon resists. We have almost finished this project.

3rd grade : Lines, Lines, Lines, Stand in line stay in line walk in line. Lines in art are much more fun! Line quilts will be the project for third grade this year. Linear patterns and contour drawing will be part of this.

4th grade : Linear perspective creating the illusion of depth on aflat surface using lines. The project will be Flying shapes.

4th grade One Point Linear perspective project

5th grade: Now we can proceed. We are covering Two point perspective and measurement.

All the following art is from last year, except the Fourth grade animations.
