Grading Policy

Grading will be based off of a point system. Each student will be given points in the following areas:

• a. work related skills account for 20 points weekly

• b. project participation accounts for 100 points weekly

• c. equipment safety accounts for 50 points weekly

• d. video work sheets accout for 20 points when given.

Attendence will affect the students work related skills grade by 5 points per absence.

The fundamental ability for a student to succeed in the workforce depends on the student succeeding in four basic areas. The student must be to work on time/school, must be able to work with others, must be able to following directions, and must come to work with a positive attitude. The employer will teach the student how to do their job, but expect the employee to have the above mentioned.
