| Fifth Six Weeks Students will keep an English notebook. Students will read Animal Farm. Students will do vocabulary. Students will do a character list. Students will write summaries of the chapters after they are read. Students will have a test over the chapters. Students will write a character analysis three point paper over one of the main characters. Students will draw an animal character illustration of one of the characters in the novel. Students will review for End of Course test. MAKE-UP WORK IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT. MAKE UP WORK IS DONE DURING LUNCH. MAKE-UP WORK IS NOT SAVED TO THE END OF THE SIX WEEKS! |

May 20-Semester exams 4-6 May 21-Semester exams 1-3 May 23-Last day of school(pick up grade cards)Students may bring an envelope for the gradecard to be mailed. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ KEEP IN MIND PARENTS---Students need to keep their notebooks up to date. Please look at the notebooks, and please sign them on every Friday. Materials are still needed for class until the school year ends. Students should always be on their best behavior.
