The Reading Intervention Program

The purpose of reading intervention is to provide specialized help for students who are having difficulty with reading. Instruction is targeted and specific to needs determined through assessment and classroom teacher suggestion. Students served receive one thirty minute session daily, working in small groups of no more than five students. Students are monitored frequently and movement in and out of the reading room is flexible.
