Rhea County's Transportation Department's Supervisor is Mr. Ronnie Holloway. He manages 49 bus routes in Rhea County with 49 full-time drivers and approximately 12 substitute drivers. Buses run from 6:15 in the morning and finish delivering children back at home at 4:30 in the afternoon. Drivers in Rhea County are required to continue their education and professional development after receiving full-time employment in the Transportation Department for Rhea County Schools.
