Rhea County Schools will provide directory information such as student names, grades, and home mailing addresses to the Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation for the books to be mailed to students.  If you choose to receive the books, no other action is necessary.  However, if you choose NOT to participate, please email solomonm@rheacounty.orgor call 423-775-7842 to opt out of the program by February 12, 2026. After that time, we will not be able to remove your child and the directory information from the recipient list.
